Hey, I'm Rebecca Kerrivan!

I am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, also known as a

Holistic Nutritionist. I love educating and empowering clients so that they can take charge of their health. There is no one-size-fits-all diet, supplement, or physical activity regimen, and I am here to help you sift through all of the information out there and find what works best for you and your unique lifestyle. Kickstart your wellness journey by making a commitment not just to one session, but to a series of sessions to create lasting habits. 

- Initial Consultation (60-minutes)

During this time, we will sit down together to discuss your goals, current routines, and health history and we will come up with a plan that works best for you. 

- Wellness Plan Delivery (15-minutes) - will walk you through your personalized wellness plan including diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations.

- Two 30-minute follow-up consultations

- Food Journal Assessment

- Two Week Meal Plan

The first step to working with me on a one-on-one basis is booking a 60-minute Initial Consultation. During this time, we will sit down together to discuss your goals, current routines, and health history and we will come up with a plan that works best for you. We can then schedule further, shorter, consultations based on your needs and current goals.
